If the government are so keen to reduce traffic with new taxes then why is there not a campaign to encourage working from home? The technology is readily available. Or could it be just another revenue generating scam?

Baroness Thatcher was once again lauded last night - but this time from Menzies Campbell, leader of the Liberal Democrat party. Delegates to the Lib Dem party's annual conference in Brighton were dumbfounded as he cited her "decisiveness, resolve and determination in the face of adversity as well as her use of surprise and fear and an almost fanatical devotion to the Pope".

Madge pilgrimage to Israel

Ageing pop tart Madonna has followed her faith to Israel to attend a Kabblahblah conference.

Famously known as Madge, the queen of pop has requested to be referred to by the less glamorous Hebrew name Esther Goldtitz on her special trip.

Brought up a Roman Catholic, Madonna began practising the Jewish form of mysticism back in the 90s,long before it became a celebrity trend.

Madge became disillusioned with Catholism after an arduous retreat to Craggy Island off the West coast of Ireland where she planned to perform a dance version of "my lovely horse" and participate in the "kick Bishop Brennan up the arse" ceremony but was famously snubbed and only offered a cup of tea by a Mrs Doyle.

Hunt Continues after 300 months

Former Conservative prime minister Baroness Thatcher was in 10 Downing Street today for a meeting with Gordon Brown after it was disclosed that she is now a formal suspect in the hunt for Britain's Manufacturing Base.
