An outbreak of blue nose disease has led to restrictions on the movement of football fans from Glasgow grounds. Supporters bus operators say that unless the restrictions are lifted, the entire city could be paralysed by Saturday as many fans that were diagnosed last Saturday have been the subject of restricted movement orders and have had to stay indoors or at the pubs where they were initially diagnosed.

Health Secretary and general nobody, Alan Johnson is unveiling a raft of measures aimed at improving security for NHS staff and tackling low productivity.
In a wide-ranging and oddly rambling speech, he will tell Labour conference delegates why the NHS "encapsulates" the party's values.
"No single institution has done more to promote social justice in the past or possesses greater potential to transform our society in the future."
Speaking about Sir Terence Trent-Darby's review of the NHS, due to report in a few weeks, Mr Johnson will wax lyrical that there is an "unprecedented opportunity" to shape a service which is "clinically-led and locally-driven - a true vision of a highly efficient and effective health service, a classic example of blue sky thinking right out of the box, it's so left field that it represents an evolutionary step function in organizational and customer oriented delivery solutions".
