Vauxhall recalled over 200,000 cars last year, because of a fault where water makes its way into the antilock brake systems (ABS) unit and cause a short circuit and, potentially, a fire. source: Thisismoney.co.uk Hot Hatch owner, Katie Lucas had her Corsa parked outside the family home for two days when it suddenly burst into flames. "I looked out the upstairs window and saw that there was smoke and sparks coming out of the vehicle," said Lucas. "The flames were a foot high, and you could feel the heat. I nearly shat myself".
